Job Description

Casework/Work Baskets > Making demographic changes and updates to accounts. For example, someone moved to a new state and needs to update the title and MBFS needs to become compliant with what that state requires for Titles.

Maybe someone got married and they need to change their name on the title. Updating bank accounts for payments. They also will help fix mistakes due to processing errors from other teams. Duplicating titles and sending them to dealerhsips.

Lease to retail and Floor Direct Ops > Anytime someone wants to purchase their lease vehicle they will handle the transition of the title to either the client or the dealership depending on the state.

Example, in Florida they have to use a 3rd party vendor for lease buyouts and this team would be in communication with that 3rd party vendor.

Make sure the correct documentation is being sent to the state for transitions.

Mail Room > Handle and scan in all incoming mail to their division. Some of this is mail form the State requesting X documentation. Some is from Dealerships regarding case. Some can be from client's directly.

The Mail Room rep will be in charge of receiving, scanning, and moving documentation to the correct teams to be further processed.

Additional Notes:

The managers over this opening would much rather have an eager sharp customer focused candidate than someone with a ton of experience. They have hired people who have come from Restaurants and say they thrive on the team. An eagerness to learn, paired with the ability to multi task, stay

Curious and be autonomous in your work is really what they are looking for. The teams manage many many systems at a time, the perfect candidate will be very sharp on the phone. They should be able to express their desire to be in a long term career position. They ideally would have very sharp client oriented service etiquette, think of the cliché the customer is always right. The managers want someone with some sort of phone experience and the Plusses listed above would go a long way with them. Theya re good with working out of the system for sells too.

Loss Prevention team:

You will start your day with a set number of cases in the queue. To work through them you will work out of a software where you do the terminations and charge off cases. For the accounts they are no longer collecting on, they get the vehicle to loss mitigation, they work to get the title back, and the send the unit back to auction.

* Automotive Title Experience

* Phone related CSR > can take up to 20 calls internally a day

* Someone not afraid to ask questions

* Someone who can work multiple computer systems at the same time

* Someone eager to grow and learn with a team for a long term opportunity

* Strong autonomous attitude, able to multi task and handle several types of tasks.

* Positive attitude

* Microsoft outlook and computer proficient
