Robert Half is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill a rewarding opening as a Part-Time Office Assistant with a highly reputable Non-Profit organization located on-site within the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania area. Become an integral part of the team with this Part-Time Office Assistant role as you will be working with office management to support local operations and provide support to the team while performing different clerical tasks. This Part-Time Office Assistant will be working about two days a week, Wednesdays and Thursdays (8:30am to 4:30pm) to assist with retrieving phone messages and providing support putting paperwork together. This Part-Time Office Assistant will need to be flexible commuting to other offices depending on the need. With two openings, one Part-Time Office Assistant will be working onsite in Slatington, with another opening in Fountain Hill. The Part-Time Office Assistant may also need to travel to other locations within the area, such as Emmaus, Nazareth, or Bath, depending on need. Answer and screen incoming phone calls
Access customer account information, enter and update information as necessary
Provide excellent customer experience
Handle administrative and clerical duties
Organize and route incoming telephone calls
Enter and track client/vendor information in the computer system
Verifying, correcting, deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources before entering into the file
Maintain files and records in accordance with the records retention policy
Scan, file, and organize various documents
Other clerical tasks as assigned

1+ years’ experience working Administrative and/or Office-related positions
Prior Industry experience in Non-Profits a plus!
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Must have a positive attitude and is self-motivated!
Must be reliable and dependable!
Flexibility commuting to different office locations within the Lehigh Valley area when needed!
