Staples Product Manager III in Framingham, Massachusetts

What you’ll be doing :
Manages activities relating to the design and development of software or hardware products and qualification or re-qualification of new and existing products
Works with stakeholders to define the product vision and effectively communicate the vision to the team and stakeholders
Owns the team or program backlog and implementation
Proactively identifies and presents opportunities that address challenges faced by the organization and drive a competitive advantage through analysis of industry trends and customer needs
Defines iterations and user stories
Ensures each iteration delivers working software and each release is a minimally viable set of features
Enables clear, concise, and effective reporting and communication flow across product and technical teams
Assists in the adoption and maturing of agile practices across the SAFe Train
Works with a cross-functional team to ensure fulfilment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transition products from development
Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases
Acts as a technical consultant to the product organization and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products
Ensures the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map
Acts as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development, and requirements
May lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests
Responsible for product delivery, managing schedules, and tasks related to all aspects of product development

5 – 7 years of related experience

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Experience with SOE (search engine optimization)
