Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated production workers for a large manufacturing facility specializing in the production of magnetic wire. This facility primarily serves the automotive industry, but also supports residential and commercial appliances, energy, and industrial sectors. As a production worker, you will be responsible for machine operation, storing finished products in the warehouse, performing quality inspections, and welding. The machines are mostly automated, and you will ensure they operate correctly according to customer specifications. You will also be certified on the forklift, which you will use approximately 15% of the time.
Responsibilities
Operate machines and ensure they run according to customer specifications
Store finished products in the warehouse
Perform quality inspections
Weld as necessary
Use a forklift for material handling (approximately 15% of the time)
Lift up to 50 lbs, with heavier items moved using an overhead crane or forklift
Follow all safety protocols diligently
Essential Skills
Ability to work safely and independently
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Willing to be trained on a forklift
Ability to read, write, and understand written work orders in English
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse
Shift & Pay
1st shift 2/2/3 schedule - 8AM - 8PM - $20.40
3rd shift 2/2/3 schedule - 8PM - 8AM - $21.65

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $21.65
