JOB SUMMARY and RESPONSIBILITIES: TheHousekeeping/Laundry Aideis a key position in our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure all cleanliness standards are met at all times.
  • Provide a clean and safe environment for our residents, families, staff, and visitors.
  • Excellent communication with staff, residents, and families.
  • Assist with development and enforcement of policies and procedures regarding the housekeeping department.
  • Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
  • Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
  • Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successful criminal background check
  • Housekeeping experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
