Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Franklin, Tennessee for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The primary job function is to handle account reconciliations, manage accounts payable, and ensure accurate data entry. This role is instrumental in the smooth operation of our finance department, and will be based in a fast-paced workplace in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoice processing
• Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Conduct check runs to ensure timely payments to vendors
• Code invoices correctly for proper budget allocation
• Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping
• Utilize software platforms like Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and NetSuite for efficient work processes
• Leverage Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Respond to and resolve any accounts payable inquiries in a detail oriented manner
• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and take necessary actions. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Ability to perform Check Runs
• Knowledge of Coding Invoices
• High-speed and accurate Data Entry skills
• Background in Invoice Processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle software
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Knowledge of SAP software
• Familiarity with NetSuite software
