This positon is 100% in office We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payment Poster to join the team at a local Dermatology Clinic. As a Payment Poster, you will be primarily responsible for posting insurance payments and reviewing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) accurately and efficiently. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our practice by maintaining accurate records of all incoming insurance payments.
salary: $22.99 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Stay updated on insurance payment policies, coding changes, and industry regulations.
Receive and process insurance payments on a daily basis.
Reconcile discrepancies between EOBs and posted payments.
Match insurance payments received to corresponding EOBs.
Maintain organized records of posted payments and EOBs for auditing purposes.
Collaborate with billing and coding team members to ensure accurate and timely payment posting.
