ManpowerGroup Payroll Analyst in Franklin Twp, New Jersey
Our client is seeking a Payroll Analyst for a remote opportunity. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the U.S. Payroll Team by ensuring efficient and timely payroll processing, managing employee tax withholding elections, and overseeing the delivery of net payments and garnishments.

Location: Remote
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Accounting, Human Resource Management, or a related field
Proficiency in Workday
Strong skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
At least 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR, or a related area
R esponsibilities:
Collaborate with various departments to resolve daily issues
Address payroll-related issues promptly and in compliance with regulations
Ensure payroll deadlines are met in accordance with internal controls and processing requirements
Work with HR sites to guarantee timely and accurate employee payments
Prepare ad-hoc payments and pay adjustments for both ON-cycle and OFF-cycle payroll
Generate import files for ON-cycle and OFF-cycle payroll processing
Research and resolve employee inquiries and requests
Handle payroll-related inquiries from the Employee Service Center
Generate payroll reports to fulfill ad-hoc and pay period requests
Key Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to plan, organize, and manage timelines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on effectively managing challenging situations
Comfortable working with large volumes of numerical and text data, including metrics and spreadsheets
Basic knowledge of U.S. payroll is advantageous but not required
