JOB REQUIREMENTS: Medical Assistant I - MEDIC015777 What part would you play in this role? As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine and basic front and back-office duties. These duties will include answering phones, data entry, assisting in the examination process of patients under the direction of a physician, interviewing patients, measuring vital signs and recording information on patients\' charts, drawing and collecting blood samples and/or urine samples from patients, preparing specimens for laboratory analysis, and conducting a variety of diagnostic tests. Pay and Benefits: Hourly Rates are based on experience and education. Plus potential quarterly bonuses. * Level I (0-1 yrs of exp. plus MA diploma) = \$17.20 - \$17.79 per hour * Level II (1-3 yrs of exp. plus MA diploma) = \$18.75 - \$19.74 per hour * Level III (3-5 yrs of exp. plus MA diploma) = \$20.18 - \$21.24 per hour * Level IV (5+ yrs of exp. plus MA certification) = \$22.43 - \$23.61 per hour * Level V (10+ yrs of exp. plus Associates in Medical Assisting and MA cert) = \$24.56 - \$25.86 per hour Pay and benefits are fundamental to any career decision. Typical Day: * Initial training will be Mon Fri: 8:00am 4:30pm for 3 weeks. * Position is located ONSITE at our Clinic in Franklin, WI (address: 6501 S 27th St, Franklin, WI 53132) * Rotating shifts are Mon- Fri 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of diploma. * Medical Assistant certification required for Level 4 and Level 5 MAs, unless candidate has military experience as a Military Medic or Hospital Corpsman. * Experience in Occupational Medicine clinic, General Medical, Internal Medicine work environment preferred. * CPR/ BLS certification required within 30 days of starting. * Technology driven medical data entry system experience or related computer data entry. * A medical clearance that consists of passing an N95 respirator fit test, pass a Tuberculosis/TB test and receive a Hepatitis A/B vaccine series or pass a Hepatitis A/B Titer test. * Exceptional customer service skills that will enhance the interaction with the providers, operational teams and clients * Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. * The ability to demonstrate an understanding of applicable policies and procedures. * The ability to maintain conditions that ensure a healthy and safe working environment ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://ars2.equest.com/?response_id=ca3b58eb1089aa9c36c39eb8143f3e07 Other: Applicants ONLY to apply via URL link provided!
