JOB REQUIREMENTS: We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Operations Supervisor in our Franklin, Wisconsin location. Job Summary The Gas Operations Supervisor manages internal resources, external contracted resources and business applications/processes based on the need of the business unit. The Gas Operations Supervisor/Senior Gas Operations Supervisor may be rotated to other work areas/functions within Customer Operations in order to address workload demands, gain valuable experience, and to develop an understanding and appreciation for other parts of the organization. Job Responsibilities Supervisory tasks in Gas Operations related to emergency response, construction, design, planning, and scheduling for gas transmission and distribution systems. Overseeing the construction or maintenance activities related to the company\'s transmission and distribution infrastructure within an assigned area. Give direction to employees and monitor employee performance Address employee performance issues. Responsible for building/grounds maintenance and improvements. Ensure that all customers\' needs are met in a safe, efficient and timely manner through the effective management/utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials. Ensure the safety of employees, customers, and contractors during all work applications. Visit work sites to observe crews and ensure work is being performed safely. Participate in community activities as a representative of the company. Engage employees to promote an inclusive workforce and team. This position is part of a job family, placement will be determined based off experience level. Minimum Qualifications Valid Driver\'s License High School Diploma, HSED, or GED Five to 10 years experience in a distribution/construction operations trade and/or five to 10 years experience in supervision of direct reports. Working knowledge of union contracts and employee relationship building. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with employees, contractors, and community groups. Strong communication and organizational skills are a benefit. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills. Microsoft Office Knowledge. Technical training beyond high school is preferable End Date: 01/03/2025 Minimum Posting Range: \$85,896.20 Maximum Posting Range: \$128,844.04 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future.
