Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician and play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and safety of prominent high-rise buildings. This full-time position involves daily building operations, responding to tenant requests, performing repairs, and conducting preventative maintenance across various building systems. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and finishing. Additionally, you will handle light plumbing repairs, change door knobs, and manage lighting fixtures. You will also coordinate and monitor access for subcontractors, ensuring that all maintenance or repair work is executed flawlessly.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Frederick

Work Environment

You will be working in a high-rise building environment, collaborating with a team of 10 skilled technicians. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
