Job Title: Production Line Operator
Job Description
As a Production Line Operator, your duties will include maintaining and operating the production line and performing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance. You will be expected to read and follow the daily production schedule and instructions, prepare packaging materials, maintain the correct weight and quality of the bags produced, and perform various tests to ensure the quality. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area, recycling rework, assisting in training new operators, and creating work orders for repairs. It's essential that you maintain accurate written and electronic records, communicate any circumstances that may affect quality, and assist other operators as directed by supervisors. You may also be required to work scheduled overtime.

This is a fully on-site position in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Work Environment
This role requires you to work in a non-climate controlled environment. It can be dirty, hot in the summer, and cold in the winter. However, fans are provided for comfort during the summer months.
