Where the Chemistry Happens..

BASF's Technical Development Programs (TDPs) were created to meet the needs of the business within the Gulf Coast by providing highly motivated, local university students that are graduating in engineering an opportunity to enhance their technical and manufacturing engineering skills through a variety of diverse learning experiences. Participants will contribute to rotational assignments within Freeport, Texas. They will develop technical skills and a deeper understanding for manufacturing, while fulfilling specific business needs. Participants also have the opportunity to assess their capabilities, skills, and interests and gain valuable exposure to BASF's culture, values, and decision-makers.
