Description
We are hiring for a Human Resources Manager to join our team located in Fremont, California. In this role, you will support HR operations and our team, under the guidance of the HR Director. You will be involved in handling employee relations cases, benefits administration, and management of HR staff. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage a team consisting of HR Coordinators and a Benefits Specialist
• Administer and manage employee benefits and participate in open enrollment
• Handle end-to-end employee relations cases, from investigations to recommendations
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with labor laws
• Conduct new employee orientations and manage performance evaluations
• Handle terminations and exit procedures while maintaining communication with all stakeholders
• Lead employee relations investigations and provide recommendations based on findings
• Ensure HR operations are in alignment with labor laws and HR compliance is maintained
• Communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders
• Manage hiring processes and ensure all benefit functions are executed accurately.
Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
• Experience managing 3+ direct reports
• Demonstrated ability in managing Benefit Functions
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record in Compliance and HR Policy implementation
• Experience in managing Employee Relations and conducting Employee Relations Investigations
• Proficiency in executing Hiring Processes and New Employee Orientation
• Familiarity with Benefits Administration
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR Compliance
• Understanding of Labor Law regulations
• Experience in Performance Management, including handling Terminations
