TEKsystems Sales Operations Analyst I in Fremont, California
Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join our team as a contractor. In this role you will play a crucial part in safeguarding our e-commerce operations by investigating and resolving chargeback disputes efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate cross-functionally XFN with teams including Sales Engineering Data Science and Operations to gather necessary information and resolve disputes.
Manage and resolve chargeback disputes in a timely and efficient manner
Investigate and analyze chargeback disputes to determine their validity and root causes.
Utilize your strong analytical skills to perform deep dive analysis on transactional and customer data to identify trends patterns and anomalies to contest disputes.
Proactively identify potential issues in the chargeback process and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
Pull and sanitize data from various sources to conduct comprehensive investigations and derive actionable insights.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Communicate with customers merchants and banks to gather information and resolve disputes
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Identify and address any fraudulent activity or patterns of abuse
