Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with the engineering and production teams, participating in all maintenance activities on the premises. You will be responsible for major repairs and the upkeep of all production lines, ensuring alignment with department objectives and the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance procedures according to the PM schedule and as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Diagnose and replace faulty electrical elements of machines, including motors, relays, PLCs, and switches.
Manage spare parts inventory.
Assist with production support activities as necessary.
Mechanical and electrical with proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls.
Work Environment
This facility manufactures irrigation equipment and tubing, functioning as a recycling center that turns old irrigation lines into small pellets, which are then sent to another facility for further processing. The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings, with some exposure to heat. The facility operates 24/7, ensuring continuous production.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00
