Your responsibilities

· Lead the Manufacturing, Industrialization & Methods, Facility and Maintenance departments to ensure operational efficiency and economy.

· Define the Manufacturing roadmap to ensure the sustainability of equipment and processes.

· Accountable for driving lean initiatives throughout the manufacturing operations to ensure they are fully embraced and implemented.

· Develop a budget plan and manage the operations within budget constraints.

· Responsible for analysis and tracking performance data on key performance indicators in support of strategic goals.

· Build strong relationship with stakeholders and managers across the MPSD Division to ensure satisfying business and customer requirements.

· Manage staff recruitment, performance, development, talent and training processes to ensure the team competencies and capabilities are aligned with the business needs.

Who we are looking for

· Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related areas.

· Proven experience of at least 10 years in operations, with at least 4 years’ experience in a leadership role.

· Highly analytical and structured with excellent business acumen.

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Excellent leadership skills with ability to influence and engage at all levels to drive vision and purpose.

· Excellent written and verbal communication, change management and decision-making skills.

· At ease in French and English
