Humera is looking for a Jr. Project Coordinator to join our client, a highly sought-after medical device manufacturer, in a long-term contract position. This role will be responsible for providing project and program support for the Chemistry and Microbiology Laboratories, and will be required to monitor programs, projects, system status, budgets, and timetables for all department activities. Additionally, this person will be expected to obtain the necessary knowledge of company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of programs, system guidelines and department processes. This position will be fully on-site in Minneapolis, MN, so only local candidates will be considered.
Duties
Works under moderate supervision to make minor adjustments to methods and processes.
Works on clerical and administrative assignments that may require application of prior experience.
Works to deliver on day-to-day objectives with direct impact on achievement of results for the job area, including moderate scheduling or customer satisfaction implications.
Work consists of tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice.
Checks and makes minor adjustments to work methods to solve problems that are routine and typically exist in current work processes and systems.
Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, and tracking.
Provides organizational related support and/or services (administrative or clerical) for other members within the company.
May be required to highlight areas of concern/problem and puts forth solutions in own job area.
Communicates typically with internal contacts within and outside of immediate team.
Obtains and provides information requiring some explanation or interpretation.
May provide guidance and assistance to team members to drive harmony.
Requirements
High school diploma with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
Immediate knowledge of MS Office required (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams & Outlook)
Ability to develop solutions to a variety of moderate scope and complexity required
Self-driven and highly motivated, with the ability to independently resolve issues required
Strong mechanical aptitude required
Pharmaceutical or medical device industry knowledge nice to have
Strong interpersonal and communication skills highly preferred
Ability to prioritize and execute on daily tasks, and long-term objectives as demonstrated by self-prioritizing and managing work requests
Ability to work fully-on site in Minneapolis, MN
