Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Admin in the Construction/Contractor industry based in Frisco, Texas. In this role, you will be in charge of various administrative tasks related to sales and data entry, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency in managing our inventory homes information.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately input information related to our inventory homes such as room counts, square footage, etc. into the MLS listing.
• Confirm that MLS pricing aligns with our internal authorized pricing and website.
• Assist the Sales team with the selection of plans & elevations for inventory home starts, and record this information in the system.
• Guarantee that final paperwork is correctly uploaded in our two systems: BuildPro & SalesForce.
• Maintain the accuracy of "Site Maps" on our website to reflect the availability of lots. Requirements • Relevant experience in a Sales Admin role within the Construction/Contractor industry is desirable
• Proficiency in data entry, including attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong administrative assistance skills required, including file management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent required, further education in a relevant field is a plus
• Familiarity with construction/contractor industry terminology and practices is advantageous.
