Keurig Dr Pepper Senior Sales Analyst in Frisco, Texas

Job Overview

The Senior Sales Analyst serves as owner of the HEB Teams four KPIs. This role supports the Senior Director of Sales for HEB and HEB National Retail Sales National Account Executives (NAE) across Direct Store Delivery (DSD), Warehouse Direct (WD) Hot and Cold, while working with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Category Manager to drive business insights and opportunities by providing team leads with total business (DSD & WD) analysis and insights geared towards both driving top line growth and protecting the bottom line. This role is also highly engaged with the customer, HEB’s Supply Chain Systems Analysts team as well as KDP Sales and Supply Execution Manager to drive improvements on KDP In-Stock Rates and preparation HEB Future Service Model.

In this role, you work as the hub that connects the HEB team to other key segments within KDP that may include: Finance, Supply, RGM, and the customer to efficiently achieve the teams priorities.

Lastly, this role will work on high impact initiatives actively protecting the bottom line and looking for top line growth opportunities. High proficiency in IRI, Advanced Excel Skills, PowerPoint and a variety of HEB supplier facing tools to build actionable insights is fundamental. Support of and preparation for HEB’s Joint Business Planning process and Quarterly meetings. You will be presenting to the customer. Finally, a strong working knowledge of KDP’s internal Margin Minder and Oracle systems is key to include fluency utilizing Power BI.

This position can be based at our HQ in Frisco, TX or our sales office in San Antonio, TX

Responsibilities/Key Objectives

  • Own KPI Performance and Reporting by working with respective business segments:

  • OPA - RGM/Sales coordinator/NAEs

  • MYDAY -Field team/Sales coordinators/NAEs

  • FCST- Field team/ RG/Customer Facing

  • INNOVATION - Category Management

  • Total Team Business Reporting

  • IRI/Margin Minder business results reporting and analysis to provide insights for key priorities and business drivers

  • View business from total portfolio perspective to identify strategic areas of focus where we can drive the most Revenue/Volume/Profitability where it aligns with our KPIs

  • Utilization of HEB AMP/Supplier Portal content and Omnichannel analytics to build story for action/provide insights for business drivers

  • Manage DSD Post Audits/trade validation process

  • Define process for working with finance through post audits and validations

  • Delegate contract research by working with respective Sales Coordinators and sales analysts

  • Own communication back to Finance team on Post Audit/Deduction work

  • Support Field NAE Team

  • Track/Rank/Publish Field Sales team to drive further productivity and accountability

  • Work with Field Sales Team lead on Strategic initiatives across total KDP business

  • Drive DSD Forecast accuracy across field team by providing historical shipment data, current market trends, and process for continual improvement

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience, in sales, category, business analytics or related field

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy while proficient in syndicated data systems (Nielsen, IRI)

  • Experience developing business recommendations that contribute to maximizing sales plans and customer support

  • Demonstrated success in sales, category management and/or analytics supporting key accounts

  • Strong motivation and track record of turning complex data into actionable insights

  • Ability to travel up to 35%
