Berkeley Springs Instruments Data Analyst in Frostburg, Maryland
DATA ANALYST Location: Western Maryland Frostburg Berkeley Springs Instruments, LLC (BSI) in Western Maryland is currently searching for a full-time Data Analyst who is energetic, motivated and a reliable professional to join our team in Cumberland, Maryland. BSI specializes in the design and fabrication of sensors for integrity monitoring of above ground storage tanks and pipelines. The candidate must have an innovative and technical background in computer science or similar that allows them to communicate with our BSI engineers and our customers. The position may require occasional out of town and overnight travel. The programmer will work independently and assist engineers in the programming/creation, maintenance and future development of networks, sensor databases, interactive user interfaces, and sensor management/alarm systems as well as native applications. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. The right candidate will possess strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy. Essential Functions: The Data Analyst will work on our machine-to-machine systems, user interface operations and help enhance the web UI, database, native applications and firmware. These are key areas and that require the professional to use his or her expertise to evaluate and meet future requirements and growth objectives of our clients.
