Credito Real USA Finance LLC Warranty and Gap Cancellation Clerk (on site) in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
POSITION SUMMARY
We are one of the nation’s top automobile loan providers and we are searching for an ambitious Warranty and Gap Cancellation Clerk. This role is responsible for various administrative operations relating to processing extended service contracts, GAP, and other ancillary product cancellation requests.
ESSENTIALS THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL
To be successful in this role, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned at management's discretion.
· Processing all cancellations of ancillary products.
· Ensuring that all required documents are collected for the cancellation process.
· Maintain the schedules and work on reconciling items on the ancillary products.
· Answer all customer and vendor inquiries.
· Follow up with the product companies and dealerships to collect the refund.
· update the customer's account and system accordingly.
· Communicate professionally with all required points of contact electronically, in person, on the phone, or via any other method of communication.
· Work with all vendors to get the expected results.
· Complete additional projects assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Superior communication skills. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Organization, multitasking management, and attention to detail are a must.
High school diploma or GED required.
Proficient in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment.
Ability to manage constructive criticism positively.
Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
