Sodexo Campus Services is looking for a Executive Chef 2 to join our team at one of our high profile accounts at Itawamba Community College in Fulton, MS. Itawamba Community College has facilities in Fulton, Tupelo, and Belden, MS. This is a hands-on position , and the ideal candidate will have high energy and a passion for culinary excellence! Our Executive Chef will report to the unit's General Manager and will be based primarily out of our Fulton Dining Hall location but may need to offer support at our locations as needed. Responsibilities include managing culinary operations for the Dining Halls, ensuring excellent culinary offerings and service for all catering events, and supporting other large events as necessary.

Are You the One? The successful candidate will:
be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
have the passion and willingness as a hands-on chef to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
