Job Overview

As Manager – HR Shared Services, this role will oversee a team providing Tier 1 support across the full talent lifecycle. This role will enable an effective employee experience by ensuring timely and effectively customer service. The Manager – HR Shared Services will drive efficiencies in our current HR Support processes while automating where possible. S/he will focus on enhancing our HR services delivery model with a focus on customer service, automation, and self-service. The Manager – HR Shared Services will report to the Director, Talent Programs & Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of global Talent Coordinators who will address Tier 1 HR questions across contractor management, position management, learning, performance, compensation, benefits, and payroll

  • Serve as primary contact for escalated cases to drive resolution and continuous improvement

  • Drive a data-driven organization through the creation of reporting, dashboards, and SLAs to provide actionable insight on service delivery, productivity, and employee satisfaction

  • Partner with Talent Operations and Corporate Technology to enhance ServiceNow and oversee overall case management

  • Oversee system onboarding and offboarding process for employees and contingents

  • Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base, process documentation, and trainings

  • Own various HR compliance programs, monitor new laws and regulations related to HR compliance, and oversee the maintenance of global employee handbooks, policies, and procedures

  • Collaborate with other functional leaders in Talent on day-to-day activities and projects as needed

  • Partner with Talent stakeholders to identify opportunities of streamlining work by automating or building scalable service delivery models

  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot problem areas in service delivery processes, recommending effective solutions to enhance performance

  • Ensure maintenance of accurate and updated information in global HRIS conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity

  • Guide and assist as necessary with HRIS and iCIMS transactions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR-related experience including minimum 3 years of leadership experience within a HR shared services or similar operations role

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field

  • Previous experience with a global HRIS required

  • Exceptional people management skills with experience building, managing and leading a team

  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage teams who handle multiple projects

  • Strong understanding of global employment labor laws and regulations
