Job Description:
Module Development withAdobe Captivate: Design, develop, and maintain interactive e-learning modules using Adobe Captivate, ensuring content is engaging, functional, and aligned with program objectives.
Audio & Video Editing: Perform basic non-linear video editing tasks, integrating photos, short video clips, and audio tracks to produce cohesive and engaging multimedia content.
Graphic Design: Utilize Canva to create, modify, and edit images and videos that align with the program’s visual branding and instructional needs.
Stock Photo Management: Use stock photo services such as Adobe Stock to locate and organize relevant images for training materials.
Module Development Support: Collaborate with team to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training modules, incorporating multimedia elements to improve learner engagement.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all multimedia content meets the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and aesthetic appeal, maintaining alignment with program objectives.
Expected Salary:
$16-$18 per hour
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge and prior experience withAdobe Captivate.
Proficiency in non-linear video editing tools and techniques.
Familiarity with stock photo services and the ability to source and organize high-quality images.
Attention to detail, ensuring all work is accurate and polished.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Creativity and a proactive mindset to bring innovative ideas to the training modules.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in instructional design or e-learning content development.
Demonstrated experience with Canva for graphic and video design.
Knowledge of best practices in adult learning and digital education.
