This Opportunity

WSP is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Gainesville, FL team to various projects including EPA's Clean Air Status and Trends Network (CASTNET) Project for nationwide air quality monitoring. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document production and preparation of reports for various groups in the office. Candidates should have experience with Microsoft Word including the application and managements of document styles, and Adobe Acrobat including the production of bookmarked PDF documents.

  • General project support tasks including daily shipping and receiving activities

  • Data entry

  • Assist in routine laboratory duties, such organizing/cleaning supplies and performing daily equipment checks

  • Complete inventory of field and laboratory equipment/supplies, ordering when necessary

  • Back-up logistics technician; helping coordinate the preparation and tracking of lab samples and shipments

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma

  • 3+ years of experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and other Microsoft Office software

  • Detail oriented with strong ability to track, schedule, and multitask

  • Follows company safety standards and guidance

  • Self-motivated with a hands-on attitude

  • Capable of reliably working independently and with a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, Atmospheric Science, Geography, or related technical field
