They greet and register clients, verify insurance coverage, answer phones, and schedule appointments. They also collect payments, manage medical records, and assist with medical billing. Role Purpose: The purpose of a Clients Services Representative is to provide excellent customer service to clients and their families in a healthcare setting. This role involves managing client accounts, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and helping clients understand their options for payment. The Client Services Representative also serves as a liaison between clients and medical staff, ensuring that all medical needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, they may provide assistance with paperwork and provide information to clients about services and treatments. Client Services Representative Summary: The Client Services Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to clients and their families. The Representative ensures all client inquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner, while providing assistance with client registration, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. The Representative also works with insurance companies to ensure that all claims are filed correctly and in a timely manner. In addition, the Representative is responsible for handling cash payments and providing support to other departments as needed. The Representative must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience: Associate's Degree (or other 2-year degree) High School Diploma - or the equivalent (for example, GED) Some College Courses Knowledge Administrative - Knowledge: administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and workplace terminology. English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
