Job Responsibilities
The essential functions and key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:
· A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing assembly or production environment (preferred)
· Experienced in automated and/or manual die attach
· Experienced in automated and/or manual wire bonding
· Must be able to read, understand, and follow building instructions
· Must be able to understand the process of documentation, bill of materials, and assembly drawings
· Basic computer skills are necessary
· Must be available for over-time when needed, on short notice.
· Must be able to set up, calibrate, and operate the auto mount machine
· Must have the ability to work with small hand tools such as tweezers, epoxy dispensers, vacuum pens and more
· Experience with soldering is a plus
Job Requirements
· Highschool Diploma or equivalent
· Must possess an excellent attendance and work record
