About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Wholesale Trade industry. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. Your primary focus will be on consultative selling, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements. You will work closely with our outside sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in inside sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong consultative selling skills
Action oriented with a focus on achieving results
Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in key account management
Familiarity with valves or related products
Ability to reach with hands and arms
Experience in decision making
Responsibilities:
