We are currently looking for an Account Operation Executive to join our Sales team.

Location: Maslak,İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As an Account Operation Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Responsible achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (NPS, Bad Goods, POS, Distribution)

• Responsible for the execution of the Channel & Category plans at the responsible customers. Support the development of Cycle Plans by providing feedback

• Make regular customer warehouse and store visits. To ensure that centralized decisions are implemented in the field.

• Execute daily monitoring of customer's performance against defined KPIs (sales, order tracking, bad goods, customer stock etc)

• Responsible to prepare and follow up analysis of internal datas

• Responsible adheres to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Trems,Safety and legal regulations

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree

• Advanced English

• At least 2-3 years in Sales or Marketing, Field Sales, Account Management and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.

• Experience in distributor or retail operations

• Demonstrated ability to lead people

• Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. CDT, Customer, Field - Had experience in managing Field Sales team
