POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Director of Security, operate a Meridian I Telephone System console, performs duties with a 24-hour answering service, paging system, and emergency response center. Carries out general clerical duties. Provides exceptional customer service in a courteous and professional manner. Greets customers consistent with Healing Environment standards.

Experience as a switchboard operator

Demonstrated ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner, handle confidential information with discretion.
The ability to perform multiple functions during stressful/busy periods in a calm and professional manner.
Demonstrated ability to enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.
Excellent interpersonal skills

Salary Range: $17.14-$18.75
