Restaurant Cook:
We are currently looking for part-time, long-term hard working individuals to join us on the line in our kitchen for both preparation & service 1-5 nights a week. We’re a scratch kitchen, so some things take a little extra effort, but we’re here for it. And hey - our guests like it, too! You will be working under our Executive Chef & Executive Sous Chef in this role.

Requirements
What we expect from you:
4+ years of previous kitchen experience- high-end & high-volume setting preferred
culinary kills in some or all areas of the kitchen & on the line including: garde-manger, pantry, fryer, sauté & grill - Are you new to this? Let us know so we can give you the training you’ll need to get up to speed!
to stay current & creative with culinary & hospitality trends
to present new ideas for menus, presentation, and improving current dishes
have strong time management skills on the line
be an active listener & problem solver, communicate effectively with all teammates
be a professional: remain composed & communicate clearly with your teammates
we are in an open kitchen environment and “on stage” at all times
full-time or part-time availability & willingness to be flexible with our team as needed
flexible availability: must be available to work between 1 to 7 days per week, with shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours per day.
core hours: Our restaurant operates daily (Sunday through Saturday) from 5 PM to 9 PM. Candidates must be available to work during these core hours. Shifts may start as early as 12 PM and end as late as 11 PM, depending on prep and closing duties.
Salary Description
$20-$28 per hour based on experience
