Description The primary function of this position is to run operational tests on production units. Works under the direction of a supervisor or work lead with work delegated on a regular basis. Work is done independently or under minimal supervision. What we offer: Health benefits, including telehealth medical services, Dental and Vision Life, AD&D and Disability (paid for by the company) 401K with a company match Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrates all competencies of Test Tech I Performs operational run testing and troubleshooting of HVAC and Generator power equipment, which may include repair. Able to use electronic test equipment and refrigeration charge equipment Able to read schematics and engineering drawings Able to record test result data both electronically and in written format Able to become HVAC universal certification if required Ability to pass Test Tech II Knowledge Assessment Test Accurately reports shop floor production data via computer terminal and/or written reporting Follows both visual and written work instructions in order to complete assigned tasks within set time allotted Performs cycle counting of parts and material handling duties as required Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization Adheres to all quality and safety standards Education/Experience/Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 1-3 years industry experience preferred Ability to work from verbal and written instructions Experience of small power tools, other hand tools and computerized and high-pressure equipment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
