Technical Implementation Consultant
Step into a pivotal role within a leading IT Professional Services Organization, where you'll ensure top-tier technical support and service delivery in the Medical IT domain for Radiology Informatics solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers, and driving excellence through collaboration and continuous improvement.
Your role:
Deliver Technical Excellence : Oversee and execute technical activities for Radiology Informatics (RI) implementation projects, ensuring high-quality service and support.
Customer and Team Collaboration : Collaborate with RI services, applications, sales teams, and customers to align schedules, gather feedback, manage project plans and provide reports to Service Management, as requested.
Technical Advisory : Provide expert advice on software, hardware upgrades, and functionality changes, supporting local teams and sales initiatives.
Incident Support : Assist with technical escalations, RI solution upgrades, and bug reporting to R&D teams.
Continuous Improvement : Participate in training programs, maintain service databases, and lead projects to enhance technical service processes.
Performance Excellence : Meet or exceed performance expectations in service delivery and applications support.
You're the right fit if you have:
Educational background & Experience:
Master or bachelor degree in Informatics, Biomedical Engineering or an equivalent combination of related experience and education.
2+ years in a similar role, preferably in Healthcare IT projects.
Technical Skills :
Expertise in database design, development, administration, and tuning (Oracle, PL/SQL).
Experience with integration components (e.g., COM, XML, HL7).
Knowledge of Microsoft Server, VMware, Hyper-V, and storage technologies (RAID, SAN, NAS).
Understanding of Medical IT standards (DICOM, HL7, IHE).
Proficiency in common network protocols, security practices, and high-availability solutions.
Languages & Soft skills :
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English in addition to Italian as local customer languange.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-analysis skills.
Team player with a solid understanding of applications, workflows, and network environments.
Availability to travel within Italy
