Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
In this role, the employee will be using hand and power tools to build a metal part that eventually turns into the final product. Once the bracket is built, the employee will operate a machine to unwind a copper wire and wrap it around the bracket. Top priority is to find someone who is mechanically inclined and has experience with hand and power tools.
Responsibilities
Use hand and power tools to build metal parts.
Operate a machine to unwind and wrap copper wire around the built bracket.
Ensure all tasks are completed with mechanical precision.
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude
Experience with hand and power tools
Ability to perform basic math
Ability to read a ruler
High school diploma
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience as a lube tech or mechanic
Knowledge of coil winding
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Strong assembly skills

Work Environment
The facility is very clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled. Employees are required to use safety glasses and wear steel-toed shoes. There are three shifts available: 1st (6am - 2pm), 2nd (2pm-10pm), and 3rd (10pm - 6am). Employees are currently working close to 10 hours of overtime weekly and have the flexibility to go in early, stay late, or come in on Saturday, depending on what works best with their schedule.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50
