JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description 1st Priority - Daily Execution (Key Tasks) Perform set up and tear down of feeders Set-up and operation on BD, BM, BS surface mount lines equipment including (screen printer, adhesive machine, pick and place, re-flow oven) Ability to perform manual component placement and visual inspections of thru-hole/surface mount components Must be able to follow PCB assemblies through process, standard, and ability to report discrepancies to Group Lead or Electronics Technician A Ability to maintain accurate Job-By-Job Chart tracking Perform basic machines maintenance as required 2nd Priority - People and Process Development Perform Depaneling methods, testing, EOL programming, and packaging as standards Ability to troubleshoot and rework PCB Working knowledge of IPC standards (certification a plus) Operate AOI Machine Ability to troubleshoot surface mount lines equipment Perform basic steps of Electronics Technician A level 3rd Priority - Continuous Improvement - Reduce Cost Surface problems and solve problems utilizing the Just Do It board Participate in PDCA teams Follow 5s standards everywhere Education Ability to read and understand basic Process Sheet and Assembly drawings Experience Prior electronics experience preferred (knowledge PCB repair and rework of fine pitch a plus Universal Instruments experience highly preferred Skills - Flexing Skills Perform setup and teardown of feeders Basic soldering Perform Depaneling methods, testing, EOL programming, and packaging as standards Secondary Operations responsibilities including operating AOI machine Qualifications Experience 1 years: Surface Mount experience is a plus (preferred) The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
