One of our goals is to assist our clients and their families with a total personal care system. We provide light housekeeping, transportation and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Some of the services we provide include the following:
- Providing shared activities and meaningful companionship
- Running errands, such as making trips to the post office
- Preparing meals which follow a prescribed meal plan
- Help with fall prevention, transferring, and walking
- Assistance going for walks and other light exercise
- Dignified aid with dressing, grooming, and bathing
- Providing reminders to take prescription medications
- Doing laundry or other light housekeeping tasks
Transportation to doctor appointments or outings

In this position you will work closely with our Case Managers and Caregiver Success Manager who supervise and support our Caregivers. You must be able to work effectively and productively with others, with the ability to communicate with audiences of various social, cultural, ethnic, educational, and economic backgrounds, and maintain a courteous attitude toward the public and fellow employees, even in stressful and unpleasant situations.
Core Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide non-medical companion and personal care services, such as meal preparation, transportation, companionship, shopping, assisting with mobility, bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, hygiene, and other reasonable requests within the guidelines set forth by the State of Washington Department of Health.
- Clock in at job site and clock out after each shift is completed using a designated APP.
- Review and follow the Plan of Care with the Case Managers prior to first visit.
- Ensure the Case Managers are aware of substantial changes to the clients care.
