We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedAdministrative Project Coordinatorto support the Production Department. This position involves managing project documentation, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication among various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Primary support Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between project stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Facilitate effective communication and information flow.

  • Regular communication with outside customers from start to completion of project.

  • Compile project status reports.

  • Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

  • Provide project scheduling support to the Production Department.

  • Administrative and clerical support as directed.

  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to communicate well with outside customers and installers as well as all levels of internal management and coworkers.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Ability to defuse issues using de-escalation and problem-solving techniques.

  • Ability to balance workload and prioritize in a fast-paced environment to meet predetermined deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Must be able to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

  • Experience with SalesForce a plus.

  • Knowledge of standard interior commercial construction practices a plus.
