Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager: Assist and manage due diligence (ASTM Phase I, Property Condition Assessment) projects. Manage, organize and facilitate stormwater compliance projects for national-level industrial and local municipal clients. Assist in the development and implementation of Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and other compliance-related documents for our local and national clients. Actively develop your own career growth with opportunities to assist with field and reporting tasks. Work directly with staff and other management-level team members with field and reporting responsibilities. Familiarity with CTDEEP and/or MassDEP remediation regulatory programs is a plus. The ability to successfully multi-task, safety awareness, and a good record and understanding of safe work practices. 40-hour HAZWOPER, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) preferred. Light construction experience/hands-on skills a plus. Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required. Strong communication skills.
