W2Location: 3 days on-site in Greenwood Village, CO, 2 days remote per weekDay to Day Responsibilities:Work closely with cross-department and inter-department personnel (e.g., process owners, business planners, hiring managers, contingent labor, procurements, etc.) to ensure the execution of processes, validate the completion of tasks, identify opportunities for process improvement, and report blockers to management.Write, maintain, and improve both internal and external documentation, including processes, procedures, policies, approval flowcharts, PowerPoint decks, quarterly summaries, and team website. Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in policies or processes.
