Essential Functions
Provide mortgage and credit platform support.
Interface directly with end users while multitasking using telephone, live chat, and messaging within various applications to provide effective customer support.
Troubleshoot complex credit, underwriting, re-scoring, tax transcript & verification orders and computer issues from end users.
Provide order status updates for end users while providing excellent customer service.
Communicate directly with employees regarding customer orders to provide accurate timelines for completion as well as order details.
Educate users on new and existing software.
Act as a liaison between end-users and development team to understand, track, update, and respond to any software related issues.
Identify and escalate new product requests to appropriate sales channel and/or business unit.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Experience with mortgage platform and/or credit platform support customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple objectives to meet client deadlines and department goals.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Ability to work in a fast-paced , metrics driven environment.
Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred.
2-4 years' experience mortgage platform and/or credit platform support.

Compensation: $19.76-$24.71/hr

Working Conditions Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location.
