TEKsystems Development Manager/Lead in Glendale Heights, Illinois
Description
CTO is looking to bring on a development team manager/lead. Strong full stack/architecture development experience (SQL, Angular, .Net, C#, etc, etc) Looking for someone that could manage his dev team’s sprints, pull in requirements, has great communication skills, agile experience, and can be a lead contributor to the development deliverables, and hold the rest of the team accountable for their deliverables. Basically this person would report direct to the (CTO) and be responsible for the development initiatives for the org. CTO is currently sitting in this seat along with his many other seats so looking for a right hand to drive this. Consulting to hire type position. Person should be an extremely excellent communicator and have strong business/leadership skills besides development experience. He does foresee them doing some actual coding besides just being a driver to this process.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
For the right candidate they would consider remote work, but preference to Chicagoland. Split between 75% of the time in Management and 25% of the time in Development. Its not a giant team and if this is their focus there should be plenty of time to assist development while maintaining strong management of the team, sprints, requirements, etc. Most of the platform is on AWS. We use Jira for most of our sprint management today. Must be able to manage and contribute. Must have experience in architecture as well as leading in agile.

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $80.00
