Coordinate business development functions for department.Duties and ResponsibilitiesRelationship Banker:1. Earn and maintain the respect and trust of people. Open and maintain deposit accounts, Internet banking, Debit / ATM cards, wire transfers, address change requests and IRA accounts.Know and follow current banking policies and regulations relating to the deposit and withdrawal of funds.4. Customer problem resolution.5. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera Holdings Corp.6. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.7. Responsible for soliciting, developing and maintaining profitable account relationships to increase market share8. Responsible for overall branch performance9. Responsible for the appearance of the branch location, internal and external10. Make calls on prospective and existing customers11. Responsible for taking loan applications for personal/retail consumer needs (lending authority)12. Knowledgeable of all banking products and services13. Knowledgeable of banking laws and regulations14. Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.15. Adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.  In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.Mortgage Banker:1. Responsible for cultivating new and existing mortgage customer relationships.2. Must fully understand Bravera Loan Policy and Procedures and recommend enhancements, as needed.3. Responsible for supporting the mortgage banking officers as they cultivate new and existing mortgage customer relationships.4. Provide loan support to assigned mortgage banking officers5. Make customer contacts, field inspections, and business visits, as necessary.6. Learn to analyze asset and repayment quality on existing loans and loan applications.7. Will recommend banking products and services, based on customer analysis.8. Responsible for assisting in the collection of delinquent mortgage loans.9. Keep abreast of current industry trends, new programs, and regulations.10. Responsible for promoting teamwork and open communication among all mortgage functions of the organization and with other departments.11. Responsible for maximizing processes and delivery of services as they relate to mortgage customer relationship building functions. 12.
