Glens Falls Hospital Assistant Nurse Manager - Oncology in Glens Falls, New York
The Impact You Can Make * The assistant Nurse Manager, in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, plans, organizes, directs and actively participates in the nursing care of patients, works with the multi-disciplinary team to manage the day-to-day operations of the service. This includes problem solving, coordination of assignments and patient placement, staffing, CI activities, facilitation of staff competency, validation and performance monitoring. Education/Experience: * RN * BSN required * 3 years relevant clinical experience required. * Previous leadership experience preferred Licenses/Certificates/Registrations * Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State * BLS certification * Certification in specialty area preferred Salary Range The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $36.14 to $56.41 per hour.
