Job Description:

Position Summary:

We are currently looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at AKBA! The individual in this role will execute the Equipment Division\'s Order Fulfillment processes for spare parts and service orders, ensuring the Division meets its on-time delivery metric as well as ensure compliance with the company\'s export control policy for international shipments and to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of open sales orders.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review order requirements, enter order information in project management tool (ClickUp), compare to on-hand inventory, confirming physical quantities match ERP (MS-NAV/SAP) quantities - identify gaps and place purchase requests or launch assembly orders to ensure they are timely received/filled.
• Ensure all orders are scheduled on-time delivery.
• Expedite vendor orders with Purchasing and Assembly Orders with Operations staff.
• Publish weekly status reports on shipped and open orders.
• Notify Accounting of sales order shipments to ensure timely invoicing.
• Track ad-hoc orders like RMAs and Warranty requests.
• Pick and pack parts for spares part orders when needed
• Assist in packaging orders when required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum education: High School degree (Associates degree preferred)
• Experience: Two years in a manufacturing and/or logistics-related field.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in planning.
• Skills: Familiarity with and comfort in using ERP systems (MS-NAV/SAP preferred)
• Proficiency with using Microsoft Office tools - especially Excel, Word, and ClickUp

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:

• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
