TEKsystems Customer Service Rep. 18/hr in Golden Valley, Minnesota
NOW HIRING for Customer Service Reps!!! These positions will be in office. MUST LIVE in MN!!! Please do not apply if you don't reside in MN or do not have the MUST HAVES below!!
MUST HAVES:
- 1 year of customer service experience
Description:
Answer 80-100 inbound calls from customers
Schedule appointments for customers to service vehicles
Make outbound calls to follow up with guests post appointment
Update customer information in internal system
Provide high level or customer service
Pay:
$18/hr
Shift:
Shift:
9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Monday - Saturday
Candidate will have to work Saturday and then pick one additional day off during the week Tuesday - Thursday. No Sundays.
