Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Facility Security Officer for our Golden Valley, Minnesota location.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
Managing DCSA governed program compliance and the company facility clearance in the National Industrial Security System (NISS)
Tracking security clearance investigations and performing administrative support functions to include managing Defense information System for Security (DISS) and National Background Investigation Service (NBIS)
Managing the Security Education, Training, and Awareness Program and ensuring cleared personnel complete required training
Serving as the primary Communications Security (COMSEC) custodian
Working with a team of security professionals across multiple locations
Participating in security compliance audits and vulnerability assessments
Managing day-to-day activities associated with the onsite contractor guard force
Serving as the primary liaison with the Honeywell National Compliance Operations Center Team
YOU MUST HAVE
2 + years of relevant security experience (preferred Industrial security)
Complete the FSO Program Management for possessing facilities and FSO role in the NISP training within 6 months of hire date
Minimum Secret Security Clearance, with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance
WE VALUE
Proficient with the use of DISS and NISS
Familiarity with NBIS, Security Information Management System (SIMS), and Access Commander
Active Top-Secret clearance
Familiarity with: National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and Overprint, 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule, Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) series manuals
Ability to work independently
Industrial Security Professional Certifications (SFDC, ISP, CISSP)
