Robert Half International HR Coordinator in Golden Valley, Minnesota


A growing company in the west metro is looking for a HR Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for a Team Members and mangers for Talent Management questions. The HR Coordinator will also be responsible for defined processes within the Talent Management and various administrative tasks as assigned.

The HR Coordinator will also handle the following duties:

• Provide general Talent Management support to Team Members and managers by applying basic knowledge of talent management concepts and procedures via multiple contact formats and escalating to senior staff as appropriate.

• Able to execute pre-defined processes from detailed written or verbal instructions and apply knowledge of the process for follow-up and troubleshooting.

• First point of contact for basic Talent Management inquiries; password resets, login issues, software navigation inquiries, security administration, etc.

• Prioritize administrative support for various Talent Management departments.

• Responsible for corresponding with third parties regarding terminated team member garnishments, medical support orders and wage audits.

• Assist with data integrity audits regarding information stored in HRIS systems.


• 1-2 years of Human Resources experience

• Effective verbal and written communication

• Basic problem solving

• Effective time management

• Excellent customer service

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
