In this role, you’ll lead partnership development activities for the Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) Strategic Partner Team focused on generating Market differentiating collaborations in Technology and Sales. Working closely with sales and offering management leadership you will identify target segments and verticals that best suit Honeywell’s and our Partner’s product and service offerings and develop market strategies, vertical “playbooks”, product solutions, messaging, business cases, and run Executive Level meetings for review and assessment.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are eager to help us accelerate our growth trajectory in a fast-paced, constantly evolving category. You will own roadmap, positioning, and channel strategy. Since we generally sell solutions that include a broad combination of software, services, and hardware, this leader must partner with other offering teams to develop and deploy a consistent strategy that aligns well to the overall offering strategy. You’ll work closely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth, development and return on investment of the organization's portfolio.


  • Identify and develop potential Strategic partnership opportunities

  • Develop and own Partner GTM strategy, demand generation, incentives, pricing, goal setting and execution to plan

  • Own and project manage technology integrations

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, strategic partners, and suppliers to develop end-to-end solutions that meet our customers’ needs.

  • Develop a market-informed solution strategy and roadmap to create a strong linkage between financials, technology and customer needs

  • Promote Honeywell offerings to the sales teams through direct interaction by communicating capabilities, solutions, product roadmaps to deliver on common goals

  • Coordinate closely with key functions like engineering, commercial excellence, and sales to drive cross-functional alignment.

  • Use key metrics and business intelligence to course-correct and learn from successes and failures.

  • Create a culture of continuous improvement and goal attainment.


  • Bachelor's degree

  • 7+ years of experience in Partner Management, Offering/Product Management or technical business development.

  • 5+ years of experience engaging c-suite leadership


  • MBA

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Building Automation Industry knowledge

  • Partnership development experience

  • Commercial go-to-market strategy

  • Influencing skills and collaborative communication

  • Sales background
