ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Performing general clerical duties such as purchase orders, invoice entry, and scanning

  • Inventory control management by recording and transferring assets, tracking warranty work

  • Responsible for the IT department documentation, creating and maintaining

  • Addressing open tickets in Windstream, Lenovo, HP, copiers, printers

  • Communicate with vendors about asset movement (copiers and printers)

  • Ordering print toners for area offices, and toner returns

  • Assist with maintaining data preservation

  • Support the IT Help Desk as assigned

    Qualifications

  • O ne (1) to two (2) years of office experience required

  • IT experience is preferred not but required

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail

  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
