ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performing general clerical duties such as purchase orders, invoice entry, and scanning
Inventory control management by recording and transferring assets, tracking warranty work
Responsible for the IT department documentation, creating and maintaining
Addressing open tickets in Windstream, Lenovo, HP, copiers, printers
Communicate with vendors about asset movement (copiers and printers)
Ordering print toners for area offices, and toner returns
Assist with maintaining data preservation
Support the IT Help Desk as assigned
Qualifications
O ne (1) to two (2) years of office experience required
IT experience is preferred not but required
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail
Self-motivated; ability to work independently
Exceptional organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
